What is P’08 webbing  you may ask? Well, P’08 webbing or 1908 patter webbing is an innovating type of webbing equipment used prior to ww1 by the British army. 1908 pattern mills webbing equipment or ww1 08 pattern webbing are all same used back then.

This shortcoming in the war equipment was removed by designing new pattern webbing to hold an additional set of war and personal equipment by the British infantry army. After successful trials by the army, the webbing equipment was approved and accepted by the British army council in 1907.
